Custom Animal Portraits in Stained Glass
Dogs, cats, horses, birds, you name it!  Give us a picture, and we'll do a portrait in glass.  Favorite pet, winning show dog, champion racehorse, or cuddliest kitten, your animal deserves to be portrayed permanently in stained glass!

Pick your favorite picture and we'll design the pattern directly from the photo.  We can edit out collars, or even combine specific parts of one photo with another.  We will work with you on details like background color, size, and shape.

Loki is my Border Collie and the first puppy I've had in about 15 years.  Needless to say, he's quite a handful.  I am training him for canine Search and Rescue--he is learning how to find missing people in parks, wildlands, or even urban areas.  The whole training process takes about two years.  In this picture Loki is 14 months old.

I got Anubis from a rescue group which occasionally gets dogs shipped over from Taiwan.  After a lot of research, I found out that there's a pariah, or native, breed actually called "Taiwan Dog," (sometimes called "Formosa Dog" or "Tu Go") and Anubis is actually a pure bred dog!  I chose to leave the "lines" bright silver, and when viewed with reflected light (as at nighttime with light shining from inside), they make a stunning contrast to the black of Anubis' fur.

Phoenix (1994 - 2005) belonged to Jason.  Phoenix was a Miniature Pinscher with no thyroid function, so he was more of a Max Pin than a Min Pin.  Nonetheless, his specialty was getting out of the smallest holes in the fence.  He was the friendliest guy and his little stub of a tail never stopped waggling.  He lived to please and would do anything to make his people happy.  In this piece I cropped everything but the head and edited out the collar.

Calvin (1990 - 2003) was my first dog as an adult.  I did pet therapy with him--I took him to nursing homes and hospitals to visit the patients.  He was the most gentle and sweet dog I've ever met, not to mention smart!  I taught him to roll over with one bite of lasagna!  I got him as a puppy and had 13 wonderful years with him.  He is well missed.

Elea (1993 - 2005) was Calvin's companion.  It was the funniest thing in the world to see a 13 lb. Schipperke playing with a 100 lb. Rottweiler, but she held her own.  With people she was the world's biggest snuggle-buddy.  She wanted nothing more of life than to lay in your arms and get her belly scratched.  For this piece, I combined the main picture with the laughing mouth of another, because that's how I remember her--laughing.
